Therapy tailored to where you are

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My role isn't to tell you what to do — it's to help you understand yourself more clearly, so you can make the choices that are right for your life.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Reconnect, repair, and grow together

Couples therapy isn't just for relationships in crisis. Many couples come to therapy to strengthen communication, navigate a major transition together, or simply invest in the health of their partnership before small tensions become larger ones.

In our sessions, you have space to be heard. I work to create an enviroenment where difficult conversations can happen with less defensiveness and more curiosity - where you can build empathy and begin to understand not just what your partner is saying, but what they need.

Together, we can identify negative cycles, help to rebuild trust, and develop new ways of connecting. Whether you're newly together or have decades of history, the work is always tailored to where you are.

What we might work on together

  • Communication and conflict patterns
  • Trust and repair after rupture
  • Intimacy and emotional connection
  • Navigating major life changes as a couple
  • Parenting disagreements
  • Premarital preparation
Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

A space that's entirely yours

Individual therapy offers dedicated time and space to explore what's weighing on you — without judgment, without rushing. Together we'll work to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and build the insight and tools to move forward.

Life transitions — a new job, a relationship ending, becoming a parent, losing someone you love — can shake the ground beneath us. Sometimes, old wounds continue to shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to the present. Our sessions offer a space to gently explore these experiences, understand the patterns they created, and begin moving forward with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-love.

Remember, you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy! Many clients come simply because they want to understand themselves more deeply, communicate with greater ease, or take proactive steps toward feeling more comfortable and grounded in their own lives.

Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy

Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy

Support for the years that shape everything

Adolescence and young adulthood are among the most formative — and often most turbulent — periods of life. I work with teens and young adults (ages 14–24) who are navigating identity, relationships, academic pressure, family dynamics, and the transition into independence.

Young people often feel misunderstood. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental — I meet clients where they are focusing on earning trust and helping them to build confidence in who they are becoming. Our sessions provide a supportive space to process these experiences, build emotional awareness, and develop tools for navigating challenges.

If you're a parent wondering whether your child might benefit from therapy, trust your instincts. You don't need a crisis to reach out — sometimes the most valuable thing is simply having a consistent, caring adult outside the family to talk to.

What we might work on together

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Academic pressures
  • College, career, and life transitions
  • Peer relationships and social challenges
  • Family conflict
  • Depression or mood changes
  • Transition to school or adulthood
  • Coping skills
